We visited Affairs Living for 3 times in order to purchase an adjustable to suit my sleeping posture. Each time we were served by different Sales Consultants (Agnes, Jimmy and Kovan) who were patient and understanding to my sleeping needs. Instead of selling us the more expensive mattress, they recommended a cheaper version mattress which suited well for my sleeping posture. We were also able to keep teak wood bed frame without buying another bed frame. After installation, the 2 adjustable beds blended well with our existing bed frame. My dad in his late 70s was in and out of hospital and I was pretty happy with the materials and services from affairs living to compromise a split delivery to allow my dad to nurse his open wound on a flexible adjustable bed. The product works very well for my dad with a open wound near his heart hence not able to lay flat on bed. The massage mode (nothing fantastic) but very functional create vibration to his body to allow some skin movement. For someone who is weak and required good bed support to nurse back to health, this is the best product at home to help him manage his journey to recovery.

Went down showroom after work around 7pm on the same day 21 Dec 2023 (Thursday) and was being served by Kovan.
Kovan very friendly and helpful in answering all my queries again. Tried out the adjustable bed and all types of mattresses.
Bought the Dual Mattress Bed Base Bundle.

Delivery guy called in advance on 23 Dec 2023 (Saturday) to inform on the way before delivery.Delivery timing was on schedule and installation was fast and smooth. They also guided me on how to use the remote control to adjust the bed and advised how to take care of the mattress to avoid damages torn on edges.

Everything from whatapp queries to showroom visiting to delivery and installation went very smoothly. No hiccups.
