1. Electrical Motor & Electronics Mechanism – 2 Year Limited Warranty

Coverage applies to electrical motors and control buttons from the delivery date, excluding failures caused by water infiltration into non-waterproof components. Should defects or malfunctions arise within this period, contact our customer service team for resolution.

2. Recliner Mechanism (Excl. Footrest), Wooden Frame & Base – 5 Years Limited Warranty

This warranty covers the recliner mechanism (excluding footrests damaged by excessive weight, foreign objects, or unrealistic symmetry expectations for movable parts), sofa wooden frames, and base systems (cloth/belt/spring) for five years post-delivery. As these elements are fundamental to structural integrity and longevity, we guarantee their performance. Report any issues within the warranty window to our customer service team.

3. Upholstery Materials (Leather/Fabric/Foam/Stitch) – 1 Year Limited Warranty

Defects in materials (leather, fabric, foam density, or stitching) emerging within the coverage period will be remedied via part replacement/repair. Note: Full refunds or exchanges are excluded after customer acceptance/sign-off due to discarded packaging and product usage.

Wear and tear, exceeding material specifications, or disregarding inherent material properties void coverage . While we prioritize premium materials, normal use inevitably causes gradual deterioration. Proper care is essential to maximize product life.

Natural stretching/creasing of leather/fabric under repeated compression.

Foam/cushion contour changes due to density variance, hand-stuffing subjectivity, user weight distribution, or usage habits.

Stitch misalignment/looping on stretchable fabrics (inherently non-symmetrical).

Degradation from sweat stains, improper cleaning agents, abrasive wiping, or excessive force.

Damage traced to inflicted scratches/cuts, self-modifications, sunlight exposure, neglect, misuse, or animal/human interference.
